Zero Tolerance Policy

At PLC, we have a zero-tolerance policy against abuse within our teams. We treat our clients and customers with courtesy and respect and demand the same in return.

We believe that all employees of listed companies in Asia have the right to be protected and any behavior, whether verbal or physical, that causes employees to feel uncomfortable or threatened is unacceptable.

In order for our team to maintain good relationships with our customers and clients, we ask that you all read and be aware of the following content that we consider unacceptable:

  • Using inappropriate language, swearing at staff, or any other type of abusive behavior.
  • Any physical violence against any staff member.
  • Continuous, unrealistic demands that place undue stress on employees will not be accepted. We will honor requests whenever possible and provide an explanation if we cannot.
  • Racial abuse and sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
  • Causing damage to buildings or personal belongings.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the above guidelines. This policy applies to the entire company and to any employee working remotely from company premises in connection with company business.

Complaints Procedure

PLC Real Estate is committed to ensuring that the buying and selling process goes as smoothly as possible. However, in stressful trading, sometimes things may not always go as planned. With this in mind, we have strict processes in place to ensure that any grievances that may arise are resolved as quickly as possible.

All employees at PLC Real Estate  take customer satisfaction very seriously and we will work hard to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

File a formal complaint with our sales executive

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please submit it in writing to our Sales Executive. After receiving your letter of complaint, the Sales Supervisor (or a colleague if the Sales Supervisor is out of the office for any reason) will acknowledge your letter within three working days. We will then conduct an appropriate investigation and respond to you with a formal written outcome within 15 working days from the date of receipt of your written complaint.

If you are still not satisfied with the outcome of this formal written process, you can take your complaint further and it will be reviewed by another senior member of staff who is not directly involved in the transaction. This further review will be sent to you within 15 business days and will include a written statement of our final opinion.
